Initial Enquiry

We’ll speak with you to understand your vehicle type, preferences, and service requirements. You’ll receive a personalised proposal and quote.

Vehicle Arrival

You can drive the vehicle in or arrange enclosed transport through us. On arrival, we carry out a visual inspection, check tyres, battery condition, and take a full set of photographs.

Preparation & Placement

Vehicles are cleaned (if required), covered, connected to trickle chargers (if selected), and positioned in the vault according to your chosen package.

Ongoing Checks & Access

Based on your selected service level, we carry out scheduled checks, engine starts, and tyre maintenance. You can view your vehicle any time via CCTV access and collect it with 48 hours’ notice.

Collection or Continued Storage

When you're ready, we’ll prepare the car for return. Or, you can extend your storage period – no rebooking required.
